Q. What types of payments are accepted?

For UK and international orders I accept the following payment methods through paypal (no paypal account needed) and paypal payments through your paypal account. I can also accept UK cheques and postal orders from UK customers only.

Q. Do i need to have a paypal account to use my credit card?

No, using your credit card via Paypal does not require you to sign up for a paypal account.

Q. Why do i have to use Paypal to send payments via credit card?

I choose to use Paypal to take payments online because it not only makes buying items online simple, but more importantly Paypal is the global leader in SECURE online payments. There are thousands of retailers and millions of individuals around the world who use Paypal as a quick, secure way to transfer money, you can use paypal to send payment in many currencies and there is no credit card information sent to this site as the transaction is conducted using Paypal.

Q. What countries do i deliver to?

I ship paintings and prints to almost all countries in the world. UK delivery is free and is sent via Royal Mail first class delivery, international shipping is via Royal Mail Airmail.

Q. Are they securely packed for shipping

The original paintings are sent securely flat packed and the prints are sent in a very secure thick postal tube to give the very best protection, orders over 6 prints will be sent flat packed.

Q. Refunds and returns

I offer a refund only on my artwork prints for sale if you are unhappy with the purchase. The print must be returned to me in perfect condition using a similar level of shipping. A refund will then be made (minus the shipping cost to you) when the goods are recieved.
