Q. What types of payments are accepted?
For UK and international orders I accept all major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal.
I can also accept cheques and postal orders from UK customers only.
Q. How do i pay with credit card, debit card or Paypal?
Paying with Paypal
If you are paying by Paypal simply click on the checkout button when you have finished ordering and it will take you to the Paypal login screen where you can enter your username and password to complete the order.
Paying with credit or debit card
If you are paying by credit card simply click on the checkout button when you have finished ordering and then click on the link below the paypal login which says 'Don't have a Paypal account?' which takes you the page where you can fill in the credit card or debit card details. (Although both methods use the Paypal checkout system, you do not need to have a Paypal account or need to enter a Paypal login when paying with credit card or debit card).

Q. What countries do i deliver to?
I ship prints and artwork to almost all countries in the world. Shipping is free and for the UK is sent via Royal Mail first class recorded, and for international shipping is sent via Royal Mail first class airmail.
Q. Are the prints securely packed for shipping?
Yes, the prints are sent in a thick secure postal tube to give the very best protection and orders over 7 prints will be sent securely flat packed.
Q. Refunds and returns?
I offer a refund on my artwork prints for sale if you are unhappy with the purchase. The print must be returned to me in perfect condition using a similar level of shipping. A refund will then be made (minus the shipping cost to you) when the goods are recieved.
